Anna Maria of Pasta Emilia Presents: Ferragosto – A banquet to honour the annual Harvest festival in Italy. Pasta Emilia is an organic fresh pasta maker set on a hill behind Bronte Beach. Anna Maria has been making her pasta there for the last five years and every few months holds a banquet celebrating seasonal highlights in the Italian cultural calendar. This is the 4th anniversary of Ferragosto in Bronte. Anna Maria e framiglia, will be preparing tantalising antipasto, sumptuous organic tris of pasta for primi, slow cooked wild game with polenta e contorno & finishing off with torte deliziose
